Universal is a family-owned business that offers show prep, 1-on-1 posing, military discounts, sport-specific training, nutrition plans, and custom workout guides.

Universal Fitness has and always will be about its community. The gym strives to be as inclusive as possible while still allowing a multitude of people throughout the day to improve upon themselves. They do not settle for ordinary and that is evident from their highly-experienced trainers and staff all the way down to the impact they strive to leave on each and every one of its members. Yes, we have an annual maintenance fee of $35 per member or $65 per family. This will be auto drafted from your account each year on January 1st.
